About holiday-let & short-let cleaning
Owners of cottages, garden annexes and city flats let by the night or week book this service. Some book every changeover on a weekly or fortnightly pattern. Others book a one-off clean between seasons or before the first guest arrives.
The cleaner works in the gap between check-out and check-in. Beds are stripped and remade with the linen you provide, and bathrooms are cleaned with fresh towels set out. The dishwasher is emptied and the kitchen wiped down. The cleaner checks for belongings left behind, reports any damage, and takes rubbish and recycling to the right bins. You can add restocking of tea, soap and toilet rolls from your own supplies, and the inside of the oven.
Give us your usual check-out and check-in times and how many stays you expect each month. Explain where the linen is kept and who launders it. Note the bin collection days and anything guests should find reset. Hot tubs and wood burners each need their own discussion, so list them too.

Can you fit a changeover between back-to-back guests?
Send your booking pattern and the gap between check-out and check-in. Whether a given turnaround can be covered is confirmed when we review the job, so treat no changeover as fixed until then.
Who provides the bed linen and towels?
The cleaner makes up beds with the linen you provide, and each bed change is priced per bed. Linen supply and laundry are agreed separately.
Do weekend changeovers cost more?
They do. A Saturday or Sunday adds 10%, and the online quote includes it for you.
How many hours does a changeover need?
Anywhere from two to eight hours. A studio flat needs less time than a cottage with several beds, a wood burner and a large kitchen.
