Book the clean for after snagging and decorating are done, because later work brings dust back. Point out paint, grout or adhesive on any surface, and name the material underneath. Say whether skips, rubble and offcuts have gone, as clearing them is not included. Any suspected asbestos or lead paint must be raised before anyone visits.
