About end of tenancy cleaning
Tenants book this clean at the end of a let. Landlords and letting agents book it between tenants or before a check-out inspection, and students book it when they leave a shared house. The work covers every room once it is empty, so it fits the gap between moving out and the inspection.
The price includes the inside of the oven, hob and extractor, the fridge and freezer, and kitchen cupboards inside and out. Bathroom tiles, taps, shower screens and toilets are descaled. Skirting boards, doors, frames and switches are washed, and every floor is vacuumed and mopped once the rooms are clear. Professional products and equipment are included. You can add carpet cleaning by the room, ground-floor outside windows, treatment for heavy limescale or mould, sofa and mattress cleaning, wall spot cleaning, or a sweep of the balcony, patio, garage or shed.
Have the inventory or check-out report to hand, with the date the keys must go back. Move everything out first, because belongings left behind slow the work. Point out damage or mould that may need a repair, not just a clean. If the street has permit parking, as much of Oxford does, say what parking is available.

Choose a date after your belongings are out and before the inspection. You can book 2 to 180 days ahead online, and we confirm the date with you.
Does a furnished property cost more to clean?
It does. Cleaning around furniture takes longer, so a furnished home is priced higher than an empty one. Sofa and mattress cleaning can be added as extras.
Can you collect the keys, and what about parking?
If you have already moved out, we can collect the keys from your letting agent, a concierge or a key safe within 2 miles of the property and return them after the clean, at no extra charge. If there is no free parking nearby, we pay for the nearest suitable space and add that cost to your bill with no mark-up, and we tell you beforehand.
